What is a US Entry Waiver?
A US Entry Waiver is an application made through the United States Department of Homeland Security that allows Canadian citizens to legally cross the border. Don’t risk getting denied at the border. Overcome your criminal record and experience peace-of-mind travel with a US entry waiver or a Visa waiver program to get past customs and border protection.
Why do I need a US Entry Waiver?
Entering the US with a criminal record is risky and not guaranteed without the proper paperwork. A US Entry Waiver clears the way for travel across the border and gives you and your family peace-of-mind and permission to enter and travel to the United States.
How do I get a US Entry Waiver?
Canadians have the option to apply for a US entry waiver on their own but keep in the mind the rejection rate is high among self-submitted applications.

What About U.S. Waiver Renewals?
When reapplying, the application process is the same; there is no faster route to obtain a waiver. All documents have to be gathered again etc.
If you did your previous waiver with us, we would have information on file, such as address history, employment history etc., so you would not have to submit it again to us. In this case, processing time would be approx 3-5 months.
If you did not complete the previous waiver with us or we do not have your documents on file from the previous waiver (usually destroyed after several years), processing would be 4-6 months.
The standard service is $995, and the premium is $1,595.
Premium includes additional services:
- The senior case manager assigned to your file;
- 1-2 months quicker processing the documentation
- All correspondence sent by expedited courier mail;
