Important Announcement Regarding DHS Fee Changes
Please be advised that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced new fees for all applications, including US Travel Waivers.
As of October 2nd, 2020, the DHS has proposed that the I-192 Waiver Application fee increase from USD 585 to USD 1,400. However, it is not in effect due to a temporary injunction.
Currently, the filing fee for the I-192, Application for Advance Permission to Enter as a Nonimmigrant, US Travel Waiver application is USD 585. If the fee increase is implemented before submitting your US waiver, you will be subject to the new filing fee.

Suppose the injunction is lifted and the fee increase is enforced. In that case, this will affect all of our clients whose Waiver applications are in progress and currently awaiting supporting documentation. This fee increase is also applicable to clients whose completed Waiver package has been sent to them but has yet to be submitted to the DHS.
The increase in DHS fees is directly related to efforts to centralize and expedite the US Waiver Application process. It also accounts for increased costs to detect and deter immigration fraud, thoroughly vet applicants, and support payroll, technology, and operations to accomplish the DHS mission.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. We will continue to monitor and administer files of all of our clients to ensure continuity in all aspects of the US Waiver Application.
