AllCleared Vice President Chuck Mercier was pleased to attend the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police - OACP conference again this year.

The conference took place from June 11-14 in Waterloo, Ontario. Mercier, former deputy police chief for Durham Region, introduced the keynote speaker Michael “Pinball” Clemons, former all-star running back, Grey Cup winning coach, president and CEO, and now the Vice-Chair for the Toronto Argonauts.

AllCleared was pleased to be a silver sponsor for this event. Although Pardon Services Canada has been a part of the annual OACP conference in the past, this was our first time attending under our new name, AllCleared.

The theme of this year’s event was “Bridging Leadership and Innovation,” which is fitting for our company, AllCleared. We have been helping Canadians clear their records since 1989. During that time, we have continued to innovate establishing new partnerships with police and introducing new technology to ensure that client files are processed as efficiently as possible.

Our innovation has allowed us to help more people. The greatest goal is to ensure that our clients can move forward with a clean record and integrate fully in the community through employment, volunteering, travel and education.

Leadership is about overcoming challenges and not only achieving your best, but also helping those around you do the same. In this regard, Clemons’ speech was highly motivating and inspiring. We know that many of our clients also take these types of messages to heart and take what they’ve learned through their experiences to become leaders in their work, communities and families.

Mercier was pleased to introduce Clemons and be part of this inspiring event. We look forward to continued partnerships with the members of the OACP and many more years of helping clients achieve their goals through Record Suspensions and travel waivers.
